Please provide a personal photo that we can include with your bio. This photo should be a high-quality jpeg image (ideally 300 DPI "dots per inch").

  1. Travel Arrangements: ­

We will be providing shuttle service between Montreal-Trudeau Airport to and from the Estérel Resort. On Sunday May 26 a bus will depart Montreal Trudeau Airport at 4:30 pm (domestic arrival, ground floor, near the elevator, please see the joint airport plan and  for more details visit www.admtl.com) to arrive at the resort around 6:00 pm. Another minibus will leave from the same location at 6:30 pm to arrive at the resort around 8:00 pm for the students from the West coast who will be unable to make it at 04:30 pm. On Friday May 31, the shuttle will leave the resort at 1:00 pm, arrive at Montreal- Trudeau Airport at 2:30 pm.

Please consider these critical times when making your travel arrangements and plan your flights accordingly.

All flights must be organized by the attending trainee. Please consult your respective institutions concerning your CIHR travel award disbursement requirements.

  1. Room Preferences: ­

We will be staying at the Esterel Resort (www.esterel.com). Hotel rooms will be allocated based on double occupancy (double/single beds). You will be paired with another SPA attendee. If there is a participant that you would like to room with, please let us know their name and we will make every effort to ensure you are in the same room.

  1. Dietary Restrictions: ­

We will provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner during SPA 2019. Please list any specific dietary restrictions that we should be aware of (allergies, intolerances, vegetarian etc.).
